Water service is included in the monthly condo association fee paid to Harbor Point. Outdoor spigots are available for residents’ and landscapers’ use.
Power
Power is provided by Dominion Energy and metered and billed individually to each unit. Dominion can be reached at 866-366-4357 or https://www.dominionenergy.com.
Cable/Phone/Internet
Residents have two choices for cable/internet providers: Verizon FIOS and Comcast Xfinity service. Contact Verizon or Comcast for more information.
